Return and Exchange Policies

Hassle-free Returns and ExchangesAt AHA Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, you can easily return or exchange it within our generous return window:Returns:

Full refund within 45 days: If you return your product within 45 days of the ship date, we’ll gladly issue a full refund for the cost of the product(s). Plus, we’ll provide you with a free return shipping label for your convenience.
Conditions: To be eligible for a full refund, the product(s) must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging, with all tags and manuals included.

Exchanges: Up to 90 days: If it’s been more than 45 days since your purchase, you can still exchange your product for a different one within 90 days of the ship date. This applies to functional, like-new products only.

Conditions: The product(s) you want to exchange must be in the same condition as you received them, with all original packaging and documentation. Please note that there may be a restocking fee applied for exchanges.

Warranty Exchanges: Contact us: If your product is broken or defective, please contact our Customer Service Team for warranty exchange assistance. We’ll be happy to help you get a replacement product under the terms of the warranty.
