Shipping
We use UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers. Orders placed before 1 PM CT will ship out the same day. For orders placed after 1 PM CT, the handling time is 1-24 hours. Shipping is available within the United States. For orders shipping outside of the United States, we will need to communicate with you to confirm the shipping method and rates.
Please note that these are just estimates and the actual shipping time may vary depending on the distance to the destination and the shipping method chosen.
Returns
Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds
- You can return items within 14 days of their original shipment date for a full refund or store credit.
- Items must be returned in the same as new condition, with all original packaging and tags.
- Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
- You are responsible for shipping charges when making returns.
- Shipping/handling fees of original purchase are non-refundable.
- You can return items to any of our stores or by mail.
- If you return an item by mail, please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
- We will process your return within 10-14 business days.
